Rebecca from Kuching ordered this for her recent Chinese New Year open house. She ordered red velvet cake topped with rich vanilla cream cheese frosting fully covered in fondant with Chinese New Year theme. This is my first cake with C.N.Y theme and had a lot of fun trying to think what to do and how to decorate the cake.. hehe.. Thank you Rebecca for your order :)
