This white chocolate cheesecake was ordered by Evelyn & hubby for sumuk (from what i was told, it means grandma in Bidayuh). She is celebrating her 76th birthday this year. Her favourite things to do was the 'selimut tampung seribu' , or in english Patchwork blanket. Sample photo below:
