Chocolate Cheese Fantasy

My aunt Irene ordered this for my niece' pre-school graduation do. She ordered a tray and wanted me to portion it to bite size pieces. This is a 1.5kg cake in 8"x8" tray, yields 90 bite size pieces, suitable for any occassion.
